Refund policy
Returns & Refuns
We hope you find your product(s) suitable and derive ongoing satisfaction from them. However if you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of items in their original condition (as per our Terms & Conditions).
Please note that due to the nature of our products, your item must strictly be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all packaging seals intact to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring they arrive intact and undamaged. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $15 per order.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@drjaesthetics.com.au with relevant details of your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first receiving an approval will not be accepted.

Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to claim a refund or replacement of incorrect or damaged good(s), you must email us at (contact@drjaesthetics.com.au) within 48hrs of receiving your order which is determined by when we receive notification from the courier that your order has been delivered.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Full name of item(s) damaged
- Relevant photos including the shipping packaging, product protectors and packaging, and damaged or incorrect product(s).
If any of the above conditions are not met in full, it will be deemed that you have received your order in full correctly and in good condition, and as such no claims will be accepted thereafer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Potential Lost Parcel
In order to claim a full refund or replacement of a suspected lost parcel, you must submit a request within 21 business days after tracking details have been sent to you.
We will lodge a lost parcel claim with the courier and if approved, a full refund will be made to you. If the courier rejects the claim and provides satisfactory evidence the order was delivered, the claim will be then be declined.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to permanently decline our service(s) to anyone who violates our Terms & Conditions, or who are suspected or confirmed to be undertaking fraudulent or malicious behaviour or action(s). We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to the above conditions, and to the conditions set out in our Terms & Conditions, so please take that that into careful consideration before finalising any purchases. However we will always endeavure to assist you as much as we can with any issues that may arise during your shopping experience.
