Shipping policy
Order Fulfilment: Once your payment has been made and verified, your order will generally be processed within business 24 hours.
Once your order has been processed, it will usually be picked up by the courier within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched with the courier, you should receive an email notification with your tracking details. If you do not receive one within the expected time frame, please check your junk mail to see if it has been incorrectly filtered.
PO BOX: Unfortunately currently our couriers cannot ship to PO boxes nor Parcel Lockers as Australian Post has prevented them from doing so.
All shipping packaging are compostable!

Delivery Times: Being a small local family business, all our inventory are stocked and shipped out locally in Australia. Shipping times will depend on your location but the following will give you an idea of estimated shipping times:
- Canberra: 2-5 business days
- Sydney: 1-5 business days
- Brisbane: 1-4 business days
- Melbourne: 3-5 business days
- Adelaide: 4-6 business days
- Hobart: 5-8 business days
- Perth: 7-15 business days
Please note shipping times are estimates only and are subject to change. There may at times be unexpected delays due to extreme weather, impacts from COVID19, and other unpredictable events.
Shipping Insurance
All orders include complimentary free insurance cover up to a value of $100.00 AUD.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to claim a refund or replacement of incorrect or damaged good(s), you must email us at (contact@drjaesthetics.com.au) within 48hrs of receiving your order which is determined by when we receive notification from the courier that your order has been delivered.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- Full name of item(s) damaged
- Relevant photos including the shipping packaging, product protectors and packaging, and damaged or incorrect product(s).
If any of the above conditions are not met in full, it will be deemed that you have received your order in full correctly and in good condition, and as such no claims will be accepted thereafer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Potential Lost Parcel
In order to claim a full refund or replacement of a suspected lost parcel, you must submit a request within 21 business days after tracking details have been sent to you.
We will lodge a lost parcel claim with the courier and if approved, a full refund will be made to you. If the courier rejects the claim and provides satisfactory evidence the order was delivered, the claim will be then be declined.

We reserve the right to permanently decline our service(s) to anyone who violates our Terms & Conditions, or who are suspected or confirmed to be undertaking fraudulent or malicious behaviour or action(s). We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to the above conditions, and to the conditions set out in our Terms & Conditions, so please take that into careful consideration before finalising any purchases. However we will always endevour to assist you as much as we can with any issues that may arise during your shopping experience.
