Directions:

1.   Dispense a suitable amount of Cream Cleanse to damp fingertips and gently massage onto a dry face and neck.

2.   Rinse gently with lukewarm water or remove with a warm, damp cloth.

Dr J's Tips:

• This is a very gentle cleanser that doesn't stip away your skin's natural skin barrier so is suitable for daily use. 

• In the evening it's ideal to start with an oil cleanser before following up with a water cleanser like the Cream Cleanse. However if you're using another water cleanser don't double up with the Cream Cleanse. 

• In the morning you can just use a very small amount if your skin is not particularly oily or sweaty.
