Dr J's Tips:
- If you’re new to using exfoliants it would be best to start slow and use them no more than 2-3 days a week. If your skin tolerates it very well with no irritation, and you are more prone to large pores and black heads, then you could increase your frequency of use gradually on a weekly basis until you’re using them 4-5 days a week.
- There’s no need to use this exfoliant on days you’re using masks or other products with any exfoliating properties, otherwise it might be a bit too much for your skin.
- Avoid using exfoliants in general when you're going through any peeling stages of using retinoids or if your skin is currently irritated/sensitive.
